Established in 2018, CPP Quantity Surveyors is an independent NSW-based consultancy providing quantity surveying and construction cost advice across residential and selected commercial projects. Our services include DA cost reports, construction cost estimates, insurance replacement cost estimates, bank reports and expert witness services for homeowners, architects, consultants, councils and other project stakeholders.

About the Owner

My name is Gary Uys (pronounced 'Ace')

I am the owner and founder of CPP Quantity Surveyors. I started the business in 2018 after a successful career in senior positions at tier-one contractors and quantity surveying companies, gaining extensive cost management experience in both Australia and the USA. This experience includes serving both public and private sector clients by providing cost estimating and quantity surveying services.
